Bill Coleman

About Me

I was raised on a small family farm in Payson Utah. After graduating from High School, I attended Weber State University and completed my Bachelor’s degree in Education. Over the years I continued to go to college and I received endorsements in Reading, Educational Technology, Business, and Keyboarding.  I have been teaching for 23 years in the Salt Lake City School District.  I have taught 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.

I love to learn and try new things, which means, I have many hobbies and interests. I take classes to learn about my interests and hobbies when I can, but I mostly learn from reading books. I enjoy reading informational books about all kinds of things such as physics, philosophy, geology, astronomy, physical science, engineering, computers and technology, making soap, farming and gardening, bee keeping, woodworking and carpentry, home building and repairs, musical instrument building and playing techniques.
